David Jenkinson

Founder & Director

David is the founder of In Step Accounting and is passionate about helping SMEs evolve and grow whilst also developing trainee accountants.

In his spare time he is an avid sports fan, being a Watford season ticket holder and a member of Lord's cricket.

David also plays cello in an amateur orchestra in London.

Karolina Volosianko

Financial Accountant

Karolina enjoys learning how companies grow and develop whilst being able to have an impact on their expansion.

Visiting clients is an aspect of the job that has always appealed to her since she joined the team in May 2022. She is currently studying the level 3 accounting apprenticeship scheme.

In her spare time you can find Karolina at your nearest crazy golf venue honing her skills or completing some retail therapy in Zara.

Marta Goncalves

Financial Accountant

Marta graduated from Brunel University in 2022 before starting with In Step Accounting at the beginning of 2023. She has found enjoyment in applying her degree knowledge within her daily work whilst providing support to her senior colleagues.

Marta is now studying towards her ACA to become a qualified chartered accountant.

As our in-house restaurant/cocktail bar expert, Marta spends most of her spare time out with the girls in Mayfair finding our next potential staff outing. She would also like to note that she does try to go to the gym.

David is very different from traditional accountants, offering a tailored service suited for our changing requirements. He is flexible, supporting us often at short notice. I highly value our meetings as he brings a different approach and helps support the business in challenging itself and achieving financial growth.
